Hi, I am pleased to welcome you to my web site. After giving it much thought, I moved with my wife to Athens from London, in September 2004. We were both getting a little tired of London life and because of our family backgrounds - I have Portuguese parents and my wife is half Greek - we had both always imagined eventually living somewhere a little sunnier, warmer and more relaxed than London. We still love London, but we think we will appreciate it much more as tourists when going back to visit our family and only seeing and doing the things that we enjoy there. So far everything is going well and we have not regretted our move for a moment.
I had always wanted to have a go at building a web site and after getting advice from some friends, I decided to give it a try. I was doing a Greek language course and had some free time to teach myself how to do it. I realised just before my exams, that this had not in fact been "free time" but time that I should have spent studying even more Greek! But that too is coming along siga siga.
